The RV sites are long-term leases with full electrical, city water and septic hookup. Spectrum cable/wifi connection available with your own account.  Availability currently on wait list with a reservation deposit. No short terms.

Members may launch their trailerable boat  at the Marina boat ramp and tie up to the RV community small docks for quick access. When not in the water, the boat on its trailer is stored in your RV site free or in storage area for a fee.

Members may use the Clubhouse BBQs and picnic areas as well as the fish cleaning station on the Marina short dock.  Coin-operated Laundry facilities are located nearby in the Cottages area.

Well behaved pets are welcome, with no more than 2 pets per RV.  Pets must be on a leash and not be left unattended outside the RV.

RV Members are welcome to attend Community Social Events in the Clubhouse, such as our annual Summer Luau and Fall Beast Feast.

Full hookup sites with CCEC electricity, Craven County water, septic.  Spectrum Cable available with your own account at the site.
